She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are her husband of the home James Ramey, one son Donald , a stepson Larry, three daughters, Virginia, Ruth both of Salem, SC and Carol, a step-daughter Karen: three brothers, Lewis, Edward and Frank Deaton all of Walhalla. Six sisters, Nora Chappell, Mary Herron of Easley, and Martha Leard of Liberty, SC, Annie Mae Stubblefield of Walhalla, SC, Edna Tollison, Laurens, SC and Rubye Whitfield of Anderson, SC

Services: 4:30 PM Monday at the Davenport Funeral home with burial at Mt Carmel Baptist Church, Salem , SC

She died from complications from the treatment of cancer
