Blake A. Burleson, age 21, of Carmel, IN., died Thursday, September 11, 2003. Blake was a bright, vibrant young man who never had a chance to put his mark on the world. He passed away due to complications from an automobile accident in October of 1996. Blake was a student at Carmel High School and a member of Carmel Lutheran Church. Survivors include his parents, Steve and Pam (Grenda) Burleson; sister, Ashley Burleson; brother, Brent Burleson and grandparents, Richard & Shirley Grenda, Laporte, IN. A gathering of family and friends will be on Sunday, September 14, 2003 from 2 til 9 pm in Leppert Mortuary, Smith Carmel Chapel. Funeral service will be Monday, September 15, 11:00 am in Carmel Lutheran Church. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Garden.
