I knew Kelleyrae at Teen parenting in Boulder. There were three of us who worked together in the crawler room and we loved every minute of our time with the children. She was very loving and all the girls and children loved her too.

Kelleyrae Brinegar of Lafeyette died of liver disease Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004 in Lafayette. She was 46.
The daughter of Robert E. Dunn and Edna J. Wyble Dunn, she was born June 14, 1957 in Walnut Creek, CA. She married Gary Wieder in 1982 in Boulder. They later divorced. She married Edward C. Brinegar in 2001, in South Lake Tahoe, CA. She moved to Boulder to attend the University of Colorado in 1979.
Brs. Brinegar was a teacher at Ryan Elementary School in Lafayette, most recently in special education.
She was active with the Lutheran Youth Serices.
"Kelleyrae was truly gifted and understood the needs of her special children. She believed it was all about the children," her family said
Survivors include her husband of Lafayette, a son, Dylan Wieder of Lafayette, her parents of South Lake Tahoe, CA a sister, Karen Reese of South Lake Tahoe, and a brother, Michael Dunn of Alturas, CA
