Daughter of Michael and Ellen Oxner Jenkins. She was a former employee of Springs Industries in Lancaster, SC for over 25 years. She later moved to Whitmire and retired from Farmer's Mutual at the age of 79. She attended Whitmire Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Rodney Plemmons; sister, Ruthie Garner; and brother, Vernon Jenkins. Surviving are her sons, Michael Plemmons (Rhea) and Gregory Gilmore (Kathleen)- both of Whitmire; daughters, Rhonda Ebersole (Steve) of Heath Springs and Cynthia Deese of Whitmire; brothers, Elmer Jenkins and Dutch Jenkins of Whitmire; sister, Frances Adams of Union; fourteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
