William Lewis “Buster” Robertson Jr., 97 of Richmond Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Thursday November 8, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Elizabeth F. Robertson, and three children, son Lewis Robertson and his wife Jo and their son Scott and daughter Dawn and her son Christian, and daughter Brenda Mitchel and her husband Reggie, and son George Robertson and his wife Carol and their two sons Steven and his wife Athena and daughter Kaylee and James Robertson. Buster was born on November 21, 1920 in Amelia County Virginia. He was preceded in death by his brother George and his wife Gladys, and his Sister Louise and her husband Wilson and his Sister Lillian and her husband Virginiaus. Buster enlisted in the Navy, December 1941 and served until he was honorably discharged as a Chief Aviation Electrician’s Mate US Naval Reserve, November 1945. Buster retired from Philip Morris and was a past Master of the Masonic Lodge on Wamsley Blvd in Chesterfield County, he was a member of Branch’s Baptist Church. He was beloved by his family and will be truly missed. His cremation site is at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia, 10300 Pridesville Road, Amelia, Virginia.
