He was born Feb. 27th, 1916, to ethel Mae (bland) and Lagonia Kirkpatrick. He married Leona Alta (Stantz )Kirkpatrick in 1945. They had 1 daughter Patty Rose Kirpatrick Hester Jan. 6th, 1947. Marvin was a truck driver @ crane NWSC, 30 years with the Department of Defense. also, a World WAR 2 veteran as a paratrooper. (101 st airborne) Was a former commander @ Bloomfield American legion, and a member of the VFW in Worthington. Drove a float yearly @ Linton 4th July parade for Crane NWSC He had 4 grandchildren: Ricky Patrick Hester SR. Elkhart, in. Tammy Sue Hester Wilson, (Switz City , in. (Mike) Vicky may Hester Snyder, Worthington In. (Todd) Tracy Ann Keith Bloomfield, in, (Scott)
