Marilyn Arnold, age 50 of Richland Hills, TX passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 with her family by her side. She was born on June 23, 1963 to Olin William and Judy Arnold in Dallas. Marilyn enjoyed football especially her beloved Redskins. She was a lady that loved the summer time, the ocean, fishing, garage sales, thrift stores and watching movies. Marilyn adored her family, she took pride in her children and granddaughters and cherished the friendships she had with her sisters and brother but the love of her life Buddy, was her soul mate. Survivors include, Buddy Howard; children, Alisha Arnold, Chantelle Franklin, Cory Franklin and Alicia Howard; sisters, Sharleen Putnam, Sharon King (Michael),Dianne Shwarts; brother, Olin Arnold, Jr.; grandchildren, Paige Wheeler and Brooklynn Davis. Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 on Thursday, August 8th and Friday, August 9th at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 10th at the Chism-Smith Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
