She was born May 18, 1930 in Arco, Idaho, a daughter of Henry H. and Mamie Schrambech Willman. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Virgil and three sisters, Ann, Cecelia and Martha. She married David S. Dungan on May 19, 1962 in Salem, Oregon.
She is survived by had two sons, Donald (Marianne) Dungan and D. Stephen (Kimberly) Dungan; two brothers, Raymond Willman and David (Betty) Willman and four grandchildren, Alexander, Elizabeth, Benjamin and Laura.
