Bio

My family emigrated from San Fior Di Sopra, Province of Treviso, Italy in the mid 1950's. My father Camillo, had emigrated first, being told by his sister, Maria Maida, that "money grew on trees" in the United States. I just turned 16 at the time, the oldest of 5 siblings. None of us spoke English, and learned along the way as we settled in St. Paul, Minnesota. Both of my parents, Camillo Andretta and Luisa Zanchetta Andretta have passed on, as well as one of my brothers, Cipriano. My wife and I are retired and living in Arizona.
