ALEXANDRIA – Rosemary K. Roesler, 78, Alexandria, died June 23, 2004, at St. Francis Hospital, Beech Grove after an extended illness. She was born May 2, 1926, in Calumet, Ill., the daughter of Harry and Odelia (Kratz) Siegfried, and lived in Alexandria most of her life. She had been employed at Tibbetts Plumbing & Heating in Anderson as their secretary for many years. Her family and grandchildren were the pride and joy of her life. She was always very proud of their accomplishments and success. She enjoyed reading and would spend many hours each week with her favorite books. She was a member of the Church of St. Mary in Alexandria.

Survivors include a daughter, Noblesville; a son, Indianapolis; son-in-law, of Alexandria; three brothers, Harold Siegfried, Jerry Siegfried and Larry Siegfried; two sisters, Betty Lebreton and Gloria Siegfried; and seven grandchildren, Erik Land, Keri Land, Lela Roesler, Anna Roesler, Joey Roesler, Bryson Wilson and Macy Wilson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William E. “Bill” Roesler, on Oct. 11, 2001; and a daughter, Joanne Wilson on Dec. 29, 2002.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Church of St. Mary, 820 W. Madison St., Alexandria, with the Rev. Dave Newton of Holy Family Catholic Church in Gas City officiating. Burial will be in Park View Cemetery, Alexandria. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Noffze Funeral Home, 501 N. Harrison St., Alexandria.
A Scripture service by Father Newton will be held at 4 p.m. Friday.
Memorial contributions may be made to Church of St. Mary in Alexandria.
