Steven Wayne Johnson passed away Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011 in a traffic accident in Fort Worth Texas.
Steve was a heavy-equipment crane operator, and lived in Texas all his life. He enjoyed fishing, and was a hard-working man who loved life, and lived it to the fullest.
He was a proud and loving grandfather to his grandchildren, and loved his family dearly.
Steve was preceded in death by an infant grandson, Mason Brooks
Survivors include: his son, Mathew and wife, Megan, and his step-daughter, Samantha and husband, Justin, all of Illinois.
Also surviving are his grandchildren, Kalli, Kori and Quinn. Step-grandchildren, Kayden, Zachary, Madissyn, and Arianna.
Steve's sudden and tragic death has reminded all of us just how very fragile life is.
