BUNYEA
-Sgt. Willard B. Bunyea, Co. I., 3rd Btn., 23rd Assault Force, 4th Divn., U.S.M.C., killed in action, Feb. 20, 1945, on Iwo Jima, formerly of 5138 S. California avenue, beloved son of Willard G. and Grace, loving brother of Floyd and Margaret Carlson, brother-in-law of Lee Carlson, uncle of Carol and Sanders. Remains resting at chapel, 5112 S. Western avenue, after 2 p.m., Friday. Funeral Saturday, Oct. 30, at 1:30 p.m. Interment Evergreen cemetery. Military honors by Gage Park post, No. 959, American Legion.
