Patsy Regan nee Menn was born in Bastrop, Texas, and was a 1960 graduate of Rockdale High School and had a degree in business from the University of Houston. A resident of Houston for the past 44 years, she was a para / professional at Schmalz Elementary in the Katy ISD. She previously retired as executive secretary with FMC Corp. after eight years with Youngstown Steel. Ms. Regan died at the age of 62 years at her Houston residence. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert L. "Sonny" Menn, and her stepfather, Pete Lumpkins. Services were held on Saturday, July 2, 2005, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home with Pastor Kerry Nelson of Covenant Lutheran Church officiating. Burial was in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Rockdale.
