James Kendrick Bumgardner was a Veteran of the Cold War. He was a news photographer for WDSU in New Orleans for over 20 years. He donated his body to science to find a cure for small cell Squamous lung cancer which took his life and the life of his paternal grandmother Lena Kendrick Bumgardner. He left behind a daughter Kendra by his 1st wife Nancy Craig, his wife, Daisy Creggar Bumgardner, and a son Thomas James.
James was a veteran of the USAF during the Cold War.
He was loved and admired by all who knew him.
