Truman C. Roe, 73, Pontiac, died at 10:25 a.m. Monday (May 10, 2010) at Good Samaritan Home, Pontiac.
He was born Dec. 16, 1936, in Pontiac, son of Everett and Nola Fox Roe. He married Ethel Christine Gist on Dec. 12, 1967, in Pontiac. She survives in Pontiac.
Also surviving are sons, Robert L. Roe and Thomas (Linda) Roe, both of Pontiac; Frank (Connie) Summers, Chenoa; Danny (Kim) Summers, San Diego and Randy Summers, Pontiac; daughters, Trudy Ann (David) Wolf, Pontiac; Judy (John) Worth, Lincoln; Charlotte Drent, Pontiac and Jeanette Pflager, Bella Vista, Arkansas; brothers, Russell Roe, Pontiac; Danny Roe, Florida; Everett (Marcia) Roe Jr., Pontiac and William (Margaret) Roe, Mansfield; sister, Roxanne Roe, Pontiac; three grandchildren and many stepgrandchildren, stepgreat-grandchildren and stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Sheila Blankenbeckler.
He served in the National Guard.
