Eleanor was an open hearted & fun loving individual. She had a loving passion for working with the elderly.
She leaves behind 2 sons Gary Cugno of South Yarmouth, MA and Glenn Cugno of Southington. She was predeceased by her sons William and Dennis Cugno. She will be sadly missed by her sister Joan Doolittle of Bristol, and her brother Kenneth Doyle of Clinton. She was predeceased by a sister Leona Gaulin and a brother Lawrence Doyle. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 2 granddaughters.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery in New Britain. DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St. Southington is in charge of local arrangements.
