GRANITEVILLE, S.C. - O'dell Thomas Sullivan, age 88, of 210 Hillview Dr., Graniteville, S.C., beloved husband of Olivia Peloree Kirkland Sullivan, went to be with his Lord, Friday, December 12, 2008. He was born, July 9, 1920, to Perry and Marie Marchant Sullivan and lived all of his life in Warrenville and Graniteville. He was a World War II Navy Veteran and retired from the former Graniteville Company, having worked at the Woodhead and Gregg Dye Plant Division. In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons; Thomas 'Maxie' (Elaine) Sullivan of Warrenville and O'dell M. (Faye) Sullivan of Graniteville; a stepdaughter, Lillis (Kenneth) Brooks of Appling, Ga.; five grandchildren, Perry Sullivan, Deborah Britt, Cindy Sullivan, Robert O'dell Sullivan and Ginger (Mike) Whisenant; seven great- grandchildren and two great-great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geddings MacDonald Sullivan and stepdaughter, Faye Carol Fallaw. Mr. Sullivan was an active member of the Warrenville Church of God and the Sanctuary Sunday School Class. He was also a member of the Graniteville Leisure Years' Club. He enjoyed riding and caring for horses almost all of his life. He also enjoyed trips to Lake Murray and to the Smokey Mountains. A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Warrenville Church Of God with Rev. William E. Starnes, Jr., and Rev. Robert Skelton officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Kenneth Brooks, Eddie Braxton, Rudolph Hamlet, Clay Brown, Heyward Lott and Robert Kennedy. The family will receive friends Sunday evening, December 14th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Napier Funeral Home. Memorials, in Mr. Sullivan's honor, may be made to the Warrenville Church of God, P.O. Box 519, Warrenville, S.C. 29851. Mr. Sullivan will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service on Monday. Napier Funeral Home, 315 Main Street
