LaRell was born February 4, 1926 in Bedford, Wyoming to Lester J. and Harriet Lallathin Coy.
He was an Army veteran of World War II and devoted many hours service with the Lions Club. He shared his life with many friends in Star Valley, Wyoming; Preston and Rupert, Idaho; and Salt Lake City.
Fred will live on in the memories of his wife, Elaine Casper Coy; his daughters, LaRaine (Max) Petersen, Teresa Sortor, Janie (Rick) Mote; his siblings, Ralph (Ruth) Coy, Sybil (Merle) Cox, Bonnie VanLeerDam, John, Edy Casper; grandchildren, Coy, Tricia, Julie, Richard, Kasey, Jacob, Laura, and Tyson.
A Memorial Service will be held in Fred's honor on Saturday, November 20, 1999 at 2-4 p.m. at the Olympic Park First Ward Chapel, 5823 South 4800 West, Kearns, Utah and in Rupert, Idaho on Monday, November 22, 1999.
