Tommy J. Harrison was born July 9, 1937 in Jackson County and departed this life Monday, June 23, 2008 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, being 70 years of age. He was the son of the late Woodrow "Woody" and Lula Harrison.
Tommy is survived by three children- Tommy Harrison Jr. and his wife Bridie, Wylie Harrison and his wife Jill and Charlene Harrison all of Lexington. He is also survived by five brothers and sisters- Leslie Harrison, Leonard Harrison and Walker Harrison and his wife Judy all of McKee, Geraldine Rogers and her husband Raymond of Winchester and Viola Pierson and her husband Gerald of Berea. Tommy was blessed with 5 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Tommy was also preceded in death by his wife Wanda (Madden) Harrison
Tommy loved his family, his dog-Alex, horses, old cars and boats.
