Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Submarine Base Chapel in Pearl Harbor. Interment with military honors will be at 1 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.

He served 31 years after joining the Navy in 1941. He served on USS Segundo (SS398), USS Greenfish (SS351, and USSPompon (SS267). He also was a certified Diver lst class.
