Charlie was a hard worker and accomplished anything that he set out to do.
He Graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore.
Was a Police Major. Worked hard to serve and protect.

On duty, one day, he'd gone out to assist someone whose vehicle had gotten stuck, which was featured in the papers, alongside his photo.

He retired and had taken up real estate and remarried. He enjoyed playing golf. He enjoyed the company of his children and grandchildren.

He resided in Florida until his death. He was 81. He's survived by his wife, Gerty, his 3 children, with whom he had with his ex-wife Kathy, his brother Robert, grand- children. Step-children, nephews and nieces.
