Maria is also survived by her four children and their spouses: son and daughter in law Joseph and Amanda Drzymalla, Daughter and son in law Dana and Adrian Caballero, son and girlfriend Jeffrey Drzymalla and Stephanie Peña, and son and daughter in law Justin and Katie Drzymalla as well as multiple step children, neices, nephews, and extended family.

Maria is proceded in death by her mother, husband Edward Drzymalla, brother Frankie Perez, sister in laws Joyce Radicke and Doris Drzymalla, and neice Starr Cerda.

Maria was a true country girl residing in Stockdale for many years with her first husband Edward and their children. She loved country music and a covered porch was her favorite dance floor. Maria loved to sit and watch the sunrise over fields of wildflowers with a cup of coffee in her hand. Maria also loved family trips down to the Texas coast and would go many times each summer. Although she liked to travel, her favorite trip each year was to Calaveras Lake for the annual family Easter celebration. She enjoyed spending that time frying catfish and playing washers with her family. She was especially known for the eccentric Halloween costumes she made each year for trick for treating with her grandkids.

Maria was an employee at Mission Trail Baptist Hospital for many years and felt that her coworkers were more like family. She was a patient teacher and, although small, she could run circles around everyone. She was a very hard worker and loved her job as a PCA.

Maria was very dedicated to her family. She had a giving heart and loved to take care of others. She was a shining of example of selfless love and will be missed by so many.
