PEGGY LEE PAYNE, 48, of Cross Lanes passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021.
Peggy enjoyed spending time at the beach, and outside on the porch with her dog Mercy. She liked watching movies and listening to Harry Styles. Peggy loved her family and would spend as much time as she could with them.
She is preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents.
She is survived by her daughters; Logan Gunter and Ryan Gunter, mother; Carol Sue "Susie" Huffman (Eddie), father; Fred Payne, and sister; Angie (Nelson) Starcher, nieces; Courtney Day (Kenny), Katie Dennis (Kurt), nephew; Sylas Starcher, great nieces; Kennady Day, Caroline Day, and Lucy Dennis.
A funeral service will be at 12 p.m., on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Hafer Funeral Home, with Cristina Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Elk Hills Memorial Park in Big Chimney.
Visitation will be from 11 - 12 p.m., on Friday, November 5, 2021 at Hafer Funeral Home.
