Update: This young woman's murder has just been solved. DNA testing proved the perpetrator was her cousin Donald Cox, Jr. He died of an overdose some years ago. The news was released Nov 9, 2020. It was the first case in this area solved with genetic geneology. The family has fought hard for answers and have some closure with this information.
