Hailey was my sister's fourth miniature schnauzer, and easily the sassiest. She was diagnosed with congestive heart failure within the past months and had her first seizure at Easter time. The veterinarian finally figured out what was going on and she was put on medication.

Even at the end of her life, she was fierce if she saw a dog, delivery person, squirrel or bird. She was ecstatic to see you walk in the door and despondent if you left.
