Mary Beatrice Holden Allen Died on the 7th of August 2020 at her home between Twin Falls and Jerome, Idaho, after a long struggle with Kidney disease and Lymphoma.
Mary was born on the Bridget C London and Joseph Rohde Homestead, 12 miles south of Colome, South Dakota, on the 28th of October, 1936, to Agnes Rohde Holden, and Francis M Holden. She was the eldest of five children, Betty, Jack, Billy and finally Linda, followed. She also had two half sisters, Cindy and Jewell.
Mary married Harry Lee McFall, in 1952, and had two children, Jackie Lee and Doug McFall. They divorced in 1967.
Mary married Raymond J Chugg, in 1969 and moved on to the family ranch. He was a cattle buyer, and raised and trained running horses. Raymond, died of a heart attack in 1980. He is buried in Ogden, Utah.
In October of 1986, Mary Married Herb Allen, and they spent the next 34 years, running the ranch, and two trucking businesses. They loved to fish and travel together. They doted on their Grandchildren, including them in their travels, including Mexico.
In June of 2004, Mary received a kidney transplant, that allowed her 16 additional years of life, to enjoy with her family. Sadly, her daughter Jackie, lost her struggle in 2012.
Mary was a wonderful Sister, Sister in Law, Daughter, Mother, Step Mother, Grandmother and Friend. She never forgot her humble beginnings, and was always thinking of others, even before herself. She was the perfect hostess, she loved to garden, and can her vegetables, and fruits. She was a skilled fly fisherman, and loved being outdoors. She will never be forgotten.
