Tara was the daughter of Donald S. Black Sr. & Becky Anne Caldwell. She was a student at Ona Elementary. Tara passed away due to injuries she received when hit by a car on Fudge Creek, after getting off the school bus, on December 11. Her brother Brandon was also injured in the same accident and he passed away that same day.
