Pastor was born March 6, 1957 in Milwaukee, the son of Frederick E. and Marion Helms Mueller. He married Robin Kraning on November 26, 1983 at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Calumet Park, Illinois, where he was Pastor and Robin taught in the Church School.
Pastor Mueller attended schools in Milwaukee and was a 1974 Graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School. He attended Concordia College in Milwaukee for one year and then Concordia College in Ann Arbor, Michigan the following year. He then went to Concordia Lutheran Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri, and was ordained in 1982. He spent his Vicarage year at Trinity Lutheran Church in Clinton, Iowa. Pastor Mueller was installed as Pastor of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Calumet Park, Illinois in August of 1982. On June 2, 1985 he was installed as Pastor of Emmaus Evangelical Lutheran Church in Poy Sippi. He also served as Pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Mount Morris for the past 15 years.
Pastor Mueller was a member of Emmaus Evangelical Lutheran Church of Poy Sippi. He loved spending time with his boys. He attended all of his sons' basketball and soccer games. He enjoyed fishing and golfing.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 23 years, Robin; 2 sons, Timothy and Daniel Mueller, both at home; and his mother-in-law, Arlyn Kraning of Wautoma. Pastor Mueller is also survived by his fellow clergymen, the members of his Congregations, other relatives, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Marion Mueller, and his father-in-law, Delmar Kraning.
Funeral Services for Pastor Mueller were held Wednesday morning, April 4th, at 11:00 a.m. at Emmaus Evangelical Lutheran Church, in Poy Sippi. The Rev. Paul J. Mundinger officiated. Burial followed in the Poy Sippi Cemetery.
