Robert Logan Judd or Judd as he was better known, was born in Emporium,Cameron County, Pennsylvania.

He was the son of Myrle C. Judd and Lena Judd. His father was a electrician by trade.

Robert served in the United States Navy.

He was married twice. He and his first wife had two children and were later divorced. He later married Mary Kathryn Brenner. They mover to Addison in the Laurel Mountains of Somerset County, Pennsylvania.

Judd worked for the U.S. Bureau of Mines as a truck driver. He and "Big Blue", as he called his truck, went just about everywhere. He retired and purchased a ATV. He was a charter member of the "Snob Hill Quad Runners" along with Babo Miller, Jimmy Eisel and Skip Randolph. I'm not sure the world was ready for this, BUT LOOK OUT WORLD! They had a great time together.

When he passed away in 2009, he was the last surviving member of The Snob Hill Quad Runners.

Judd was a free spirit and he was loved by all who knew him. This mountain will never be the same without Judd and his buddies. We love and miss him everyday, but most days you feel as if he is still around because someone is always bringing up his name and a story about something he did.

WE LOVE YOU JUDD !
