Rebecca Jones Gang, 28, formerly of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday morning at her sister's home in Crawfordsville following a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born Jan. 24, 1978 in Indianapolis to Raymond and Ann Jones. She attended school in Indianapolis. She was recently baptized into the Episcopal church.
Survivors include two children Tyler Larry Jones and Brenna Jones; husband Gary Gang of Noblesville; five brothers, Lloyd (Debbie) Jones of Indianapolis, David Jones of Kentucky, Michael Jones of Spencer, Ricky Jones of Indianapolis and Harold (Tiffany) Jones of Lafayette; two sisters, Kathy Culler of Virginia and Marsha (Dan Malek) Jones of Crawfordsville; a half-brother, Verdin Jones; and nephews Dakota Pitchford, Thomas and Kaylee Jones.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Darrell Jones, a sister Teresa Jones and a half-brother Charles Jones.
Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday at Burkhart Funeral Home in Crawfordsville, with the Rev. Todd Kleffman presiding. A grave side committal will follow at 3:30 at the New Crown Cemetery in Indianapolis.
Friends may call Sunday afternoon from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
