PHILADELPHIA, July 3.
On Tuesday morning last died suddenly at his house in Market-Street, in the seventy-fourth year of his age, PETER FRANKLIN, Esq; deputy postmaster of this city, only brother to BENJAMIN FRANKLIN, Esq; He was an affectionate husband, a kind master, a generous benefactor, and a sincere friend. His funeral was yesterday attended by a great number of the inhabitants of the town.
