Funeral service for Mrs. Leslie Ann Patterson Gaston, 31, of Alexander City, will be Friday, March 27, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Alexander City Methodist Church. Rev. Wayne Cowhick will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Radney Funeral Home.

Leslie passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. She was born on March 21, 1984 in Alexander City, Alabama to Ricky Lynn Patterson and Cindy Williams Patterson Scroggins. She loved the Lord and attended Church of the Highlands. Leslie was very much a family person, loved children and looked forward to being a mom. She loved her pets and animals, and was always taking in pets that no one else would, and helped place a lot of pets. She was a kind, loving, and giving person. Leslie was an avid Auburn fan, loved the lake and the beach.

She is survived by her husband of 2 years, Chris Gaston of Alexander City; daughter, Parker Ann Gaston of Alexander City; mother, Cindy Williams Patterson Scroggins (Jeffrey) of Jackson's Gap; sister, Kaci Patterson of Auburn; step-brother, Robert Scroggins of Jackson's Gap; step-sister, Liz Scroggins Craig (Alex) of Pike Road; grandmothers, Caroline Williams of Troy and Annie Paul Cook of Alexander City; step-grandmother, Inez Scroggins of Alexander City; aunts, Rhonda Jaye-Gaston (Robert) of Dadeville, Sara Stephens (Ricky) of New Site, and Barbara Mann of Alexander City; uncle, Kenny Patterson (Linda) of Auburn; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Elliott and Gail Gaston of Alexander City; and numerous cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ricky Lynn Patterson; and grandfathers, John Williams and Bobby Patterson.
