She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Lucille Drohan.
She influenced many lives as a teacher for over thirty years at Eastside Elementary School and retired from the Whitfield County School System.
She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Britt and Regina Adams and Jeffrey and Dracey Adams, all of Dalton; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Dr. Edward Drohan of Savannah, John and Leslie Drohan of Big Canoe and Bill and Denise Drohan of Kennesaw; four grandchildren, Lily and Abby Adams and Wyatt and Briley Adams; nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home.
Burial will be at Kennesaw Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m.
