Leach, Ethel Ruth 74, of Powell, passed away at home surrounded by family, as heaven gained another angel on Sunday 10/12/14.

She was a member of Glen Oak Baptist church.

Preceded in death by her mother & father, Mary & George Evans, sister Lottie Evans, brothers Clarence, Rudolf, & Clyde Evans.

Survived by loving husband Dale Eugene “Pete” Leach, sons Darrell & Karen Leach, Jeff Leach, and Greg & Stephanie Leach, daughter Debbie & James Headrick, sister Hazel Moyers, Grandchildren Tiffany & Tim Warwick, Jason & Christina Leach, Bradley Headrick, Brandi Leach, Madelyn “Mo” Leach, great-grandchildren Peyton Warwick, Jase & Matthew Leach, along with several nieces and nephews & many friends.

Family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with an 8pm Funeral Service to follow with Rev. Randy Moore & Rev James Headrick officiating.

Family and friends will meet 1 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City and proceed to Bells Campground Cemetery for interment at 2 pm
