Gibour Aachmann, Kathleen Mary(nee Hodgkinson) Was born in Ashton in Makerfield, Lancashire England in the year 1923. She married Arthur J. Gibour, an American G.I. in the year 1943. She came to the United States in 1946 and became an American citizen in 1956. Kathleen raised 3 children in the USA, Angela M., Bryan J. and David A. Angela passed away in 1998. Kathleen was divorced from Arthur in 1976 and remarried Niels Aachmann, a Danish citizen in 1978 and after living in Algonguin, IL 11 years, moved to Florida in 1992. Niels passed away in 2004 in Florida. Kathleen came back to Illinois to be with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in 2007 where she lived in a Retirement Home in Vernon Hills, IL. She is survived by her two sons, Bryan and David; 2 brothers and numerous relatives in England and Canada.
