Husband, Father, Gospel Preacher, Friend To Mankind. Bishop Cobbs was the founding pastor of Jesup New Life Ministeries and Kingdom Builders Fellowship. Born to Robert Frank and Pearlie Lee Mays-Cobbs in Screven, Georgia. Husband to First Lady Bertha Lockley-Cobbs. He retired from Jesup Rayonier and was pursuing a degree in theological. He was a tireless worker and supporter in Wayne County and surrounding area. Children; Natasha Cobbs, Roshare' Cobbs, Temeka Cobbs, Shania Ford, Shamar Ford. Services were held on Friday, January 24, 2014 from Unity Church Of God at 1580 Sunset Blvd. Jesup, Georgia.
