Murder Victim. Bobbie Jo Stinnett was a 23 year old wife and soon to be first time mom. She was married for little more than a year and expecting her first child, she also worked at an engine factory in nearby Maryville. She was a rat terrier breeder with her husband Zeb. An Amber Alert was issued Friday morning at 12:45 a.m. and later that day the missing baby was found. She was renamed Victoria Jo Stinnett and is doing remarkably well at Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center in Topeka in the neonatal intensive care unit. The baby was released to her father and is a happy and healthy baby today.
